New Delhi: Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Umari, Ameer (National President) of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, has strongly condemned the killings of members of Ikhwanul Muslimoon (Muslim Brotherhood) by the Egyptian army and terming the killings as extremely immoral and inhuman he demanded the army to stop it immediately.

According to media reports, around three hundred people were massacred in the early morning on Saturday by the Egyptian army which last month sacked the elected constitutional government of President Dr. Mohammad Morsi. Around 6000 people were also wounded in the brutal acts of the army. According to the reports, Cairo University and Jamia Azhar are being evacuated by the Army which looks hell-bent on unleashing brutalities on the supporters of President Morsi. The wounded people are not being provided medicines also.

In a media statement on Sunday, Ameer-e Jamaat said the Egyptian Army had no legal, constitutional and moral right to stage coup against and sack the elected government of Dr. Moris. Therefore, the present government in Egypt is completely illegal but to justify it the army is opening fire on the peaceful protest of Ikhwan and thus is committing heinous crime.

Maulana Umari reminded the Egyptian army that the ancient and modern history of Egypt stands witness to the fact that oppressors on this piece of land have never got success, rather humiliation and shame became their fate. The present army of the Egypt should take lessons from this reality and stop its crimes and seek pardon from Almighty Allah and undo their illegal act by ending its revolt against and restoring the elected government of Dr. Morsi.

Ameer-e Jamaat also appealed to all governments of the world and peace-loving people to take all possible steps to keep the Egyptian army from killing its own countrymen so that democratic values are restored there and atmosphere of peace and justice established

Ameer sb.. first of all, Egyptian army is not going to entertain your demand and even they may not not be knowing it all. Second, I do not want to say anything about Muslim Brother but I must say Morsi’s supporters should be put behind the Bar.. Morsi has cheated the People under the umbrella of MB and made people fool. he was on the footstep of US.

Dont worry mr. karim Mr. Morsi supporters and MB always put behind bar since more than 60 years. They have always alive the Sunnat Yusufi (PBUH). And their peaceful protest for justice against Army junta’s brutality also proves they r not cheaters but those against them are real cheaters. Understand!

What is happening in Egypt is both unacceptable and inhuman. The perpetrators of this genocide should be brought to justice, General Sisi should be tried for crimes against humanity. The dissonance in Army and Brotherhood’s determination will finally force the Army to retreat to the barracks. World has changed you can’t getaway with coups, and murders anymore.

Again, the following Quranic Text is said for this situations:
(40:26) One day *41 Pharaoh said to his courtiers, “Let me alone that I may kill this Moses *42 and let him call to his Lord. I fear he will change your religion, or cause mischief to appear in the land. ”
(40:27) Moses said, “I have taken refuge in my Lord and your Lord against every arrogant person who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning. ”
(40:28) At this, a believing man from among the kinsfolk; of Pharaoh, who had kept his faith hidden, spoke out, “Would you kill a man merely because he says: My Lord is Allah? whereas he has brought clear Signs to you from your Lord. *45 If he is a liar, his lie will recoil on him, *46 but if he is truthful, some of the dreadful things with which he threatens you, will certainly befall you. Allah does not guide the one who is a transgressor and a liar.
(40:29) O my people, today you possess the kingdom and are dominant in the land, but who will help us if we are visited by Allah’s scourge? *48 Pharaoh said, “I am telling you the same which I think is proper, and I ain only guiding you to the way. which is right. ”
(40:30) The man who had believed, said, “O my people! I fear that you also may be overtaken by the day that has already overtaken many hosts,
(40:31) a day that overtook the people of Noah and `Ad and Thamud and the peoples after them. And the fact is that Allah does not seek to wrong His servants.
(40:32) O my people! I fear for you the day of wailing, when you will cry out to one another
(40:33) and run about, but there will be none to protect you from Allah; the truth is that there is none to guide the one whom Allah lets go astray.
(40:34) Before this Joseph had brought to you clear Signs, but you continued to be in doubt concerning his teachings. Then, when he died, you said, “Allah will never send another Messenger after him.”
(40:35) Likewise, *52 Allah lets go astray the transgressors and doubters who dispute concerning the Revelations of Allah even without any authority having come to them. *53 Such an attitude is abhorred by Allah and the believers. Thus does Allah set a seal on the heart of every arrogant, self-exalting person.
