The delegation apprized the CM of the problems faced by the citizens of Delhi and especially those encountered by Muslims of Delhi. Delhi Waqf Chairman and AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan was also present.

Maulana Umari congratulated the CM for the success of Odd-Even traffic scheme, for his efforts to solve the problem of water and electricity and his fight against corruption. A lot of vacancies for teachers in Urdu schools are waiting to be filled. The issue of Awqaf properties also needs urgent attention.

The CM of Delhi was told to make efforts for removing the illegal possession of Waqf properties by various individuals and government bodies. The President of Jamaat requested Kejriwal to set an example for others to emulate regarding government responsibility towards Waqf properties.
