Majlis holds Ulama’s Meet on ‘Da’wah’

Bangalore: The Majlisul Ulama, Tehreek-e-Islami Hind, Karnataka had organised a programme for ulama here on 25th December 2012 in the BIFT auditorium on the topics related to Dawah. Moulana Muhammad Iqbal Mulla, National Secretary for Dawah, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind addressed the ulama on “Other Religions-The Duty of Dawah and Ulama”, whereas Moulana Nayeemuddeen Islahi sb, Lecturer, Tafseer-o-Adab, Jamiatul Falah, Uttar Pradesh spoke on “Qur’an-Our Present and Future and Responsibilities of Ulama”. The speeches were followed by a session of questions and answers. Moulana Waheeduddeen Khan Umari Madani, Nazim, Majlisul Ulama, Tehreek-e-Islami Hind, Karnataka presented the inaugural words. Moulana Iqbal Ahmed Qasmi, executive member, Majlisul Ulama, Karnataka convened the programme. Around 70 ulama from in and around Bangalore attended the programme.

    good intiation by jih. Today muslim ummah has the spirit of dawah, jih has to give right direction.some people feel that preaching of beliefs is only dawah.but prophetic way of dawah is very important. In which prophets propagate islam as the complete way of life,as the ideology which can solve the problems of humanity.
