Minorities and Dalits are Facing Atrocities in the name of Nationalism – Secretary General JIH

22 June 2018, New Delhi: Atrocities and Hate Crimes are increasing in the name of Nationalism in our Country said Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Mohammad Salim Engineer during a Joint Press Conference Organized by United Against Hate at Press Club of India, New Delhi.

He also mentioned that the growing trend of Mob Lynching and Hate Crimes is very dangerous for not only Muslims but for all sections of society of this country. Further, he said Muslims and Dalits are being lynched and those who are doing these heinous crimes are fabricated as Nationalist (Rashtravadi).

The Family members of Victims of the recent lynching case from Hapur of Qasim and Samiuddin were also present there and told the media about what actually happened there.

Colin Gonsalves, Hartosh Singh Bal, Arfa Khanum Sherwani, Mohammad Shibli and Nadeem Khan also addressed the media.
