JIH Secretary-General Dr. Mohammad Salim Engineer visited Ayyaveli Religious Leader of prominent Nadar Community at his Kanyakumari ashram in Tamil Nadu.

Secretary-General JIH spent about 2 hours at the Ashram, observed various activities and had a discussion with the religious leader. Both the leaders were concerned about the situation in the country.

The division of society on the basis of caste discrimination & atrocities on backward classes is weakening the country said Secretary General there. The politics of hate and lawlessness in the country is alarming, every citizen should feel equal, dignified, safe & secure and we should walk for the forming such a society, agreed both the leaders.
