Jaipur: On 12^th April, Friday, JIH Vice President Dr. Mohammad Salim Engineer had a meeting with the Director General of Prisons, Rajasthan. He expressed his concern over the incident of 12 inmates of Jaipur Central Jail who were beaten brutally by the jail staff and demanded appropriate action against the jail official and other employees involved in the brutal assault. The DG admitted that there was a great flaw in part of the jail administration. He also promised not to let the culprits go scot-free. The DG also appreciated the efforts done by the JIH and APCR in this regard.
