New Delhi: The Vice President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), Mohammed Jafar has offered Eid Greetings to the people of India especially its Muslim community and prayed to Allah for accepting the comprehensive worship offered by Muslims and bringing about peace and tranquility in our lives.

Mohammed Jafar expressed the hope that Muslims would continue to display great attachment to fasting and the Holy Quran and maintain developing piety and acquiring the pleasure of Allah even after Ramadan and Eid in the remaining months of the year with the benefits of their Ramadan worship being visible throughout the year and Muslims may keep discharging their noble obligation of being ‘’Khair e Ummat’’ (the best of peoples).

The JIH Vice President said that the condition of our country and the world demand that the Muslim community must spread the pristine Islamic message of mercy and empathy that it received through the Quran in the month of Ramadan throughout the world. They must promote unity and tolerance and especially spread the message of the Quran in our beloved country. They must genuinely try to create an atmosphere of love, peace and brotherhood around them. May Allah help and guide us in discharging this grave responsibility.
