    Very nice explanation of the proposals by the President of JIH. The dress code is something that speaks of the level of civilization. When man and woman were first created, they desperately looked for dressing themselves. As civilization advanced, high priorities were given for the dress. Dress has since become a symbol of the height of culture. It is only natural that getting partly or almost fully undressed is going back on a culture and civilization scale. Women are not fully responsible for the dress they like to display in. They are subconsciously driven by luscious men who influence them for a basal neanderthal motive.
