A delegation of Jama’at-e-Islami Hind Maharashtra calls on state Minister Nawab Malik

JIH Maharashtra meets state’s Minority Development Minister Nawab Malik at his residence.


Mumbai, 31 Aug. 2021: A high-level delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), Maharashtra met Minority Development, Aukaf, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister of Maharashtra Nawab Malik here on Sunday at his residence.


The three-member delegation, which was led by former JIH state chief, Engineer Taufeeq Aslam Khan, and comprising of its state secretaries Mr. Abdul Mujeeb and Mr. Faheem Falahi, has presented the minister three memorandums on three separate issues, related to the implementation of government plans for the development of minorities, especially Muslims.

Mr. Malik has assured the delegation that he will make all possible efforts to ensure that benefits of these schemes and programme reach them, removing all the barriers.
