A High level Delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Visits Riot Affected Ballabgarh

New Delhi, May 26, 2015: A high-level delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind led by Jamaat vice-president, Nusrat Ali, visited the riot-affected village of Atali in Ballabgarh near Faridabad in Haryana to take stock of the situation.

During their survey of the place, the delegation expressed support and empathy with the victims and demanded from the police and administration to take strict action against the culprits. Members of the delegation also visited Badshah Khan (BK) Hospital where several injured victims are being treated.

They also visited the Ballabgarh police station where they met police officials and also the riot affected people who have taken refuge in large numbers. They discussed the situation with the victims and tried to find out all the facts that led to the communal riot, and assured the people all possible assistance they can provide.

The delegation included Engineer Mohammad Salim, secretary general,  JIH; Abdul Waheed, state president, JIH Delhi and Haryana, Inamur Rahman, Dept. of Public Relations, JIH; Waris Husain, local president, JIH Abul Fazal Enclave, New Delhi.

    Good efforts…..but we need to force administration to arrest culprit and ask for 50 lacs compensation to each one
