Patna, March 2014: The Bihar Zone of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind kicked off an 8-day campaign on the topic of Safalta aur Mukti ka Ek hi Raasta (The Only One Way to Success and Salvation) here on Sunday with Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Omari, Amir (National President of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind inaugurating the opening program.

In his presidential address at the symposium on the topic of Falah Aur Najaat – Har Fard Ki Zaroorat (Success and Salvation – Need of Every Human Being) here at AN Sinha Institute on 23 March 2014, Maulana Omari said resolution of the anxiety of the world lies in following the religion. Man today has time for everything except for God who has created him. Maulana Omari stressed on unity on the basis of common points of different religions, and mutual love and brotherhood.

Reminding about Doomsday and Judgment Day, he said the true successful
would be the person whose work would be found good at Judgement Day and he will be awarded Jannat.

Assistant Secretary of Jamaat, Intezar Naeem also spoke on the occasion.

Other religious leaders who addressed the symposium included Sikh representative Major Balbir Singh, former VC of Magadh University, Dr. Ranjan Surya Dev of Jain religion and Dr. Kamal Prasad Budh who represented Buddhism.

The opening remarks were delivered by Bihar JIH president Nayyaruzzaman and the program was anchored by JIH Patna unit president Rizwan Ahmed Islahi.
