That Radiance Viewsweekly, running under The Board of Islamic Publications, should have its office in a building of its own had been felt for a pretty long time. The functionaries of the magazine had been making efforts to translate this dream into reality. As a result of their strivings, a plot of land measuring 500 sqr yards at Dawat Nagar, Abul Fazl Enclave, New Delhi, was obtained recently; and a comprehensive construction plan along with architectural and structural plans for it was drawn. Soil testing of the land was also completed.
Now it was the time to begin the construction work. Therefore, amidst a modest gathering Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Omari laid its foundation on November 28 and prayed for the completion of the construction work soon and also for the success of the magazine.
