JIH Gen. Sec. strongly condemns terror attacks in Peshawar and Nairobi

New Delhi, September 24: Mr. Nusrat Ali, General Secretary, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind has strongly condemned the ghastly terror attacks in Peshawar and Nairobi which claimed around two hundred human lives.

“We strongly condemn the terror attacks in Peshawar of Pakistan and Nairobi of Kenya on Sunday in which around two hundred innocent people were killed,” said Mr. Ali in a media statement on Tuesday. He categorically said these attacks are being planned and executed to malign the image of Islam. “Whoever has executed these blasts must be condemned. It seems such attacks are being engineered to malign the image of Islam in the world,” said JIH General Secretary.

While stressing that violence should not be given any place in a civilized society JIH leader said complaints if any should be addressed through dialogue and peaceful means. “Violence has no place in a civilized society. If any group or community has any grievances or complaints against the governments and authorities they should resolve such complaints through dialogue and peaceful and democratic means,” said JIH leader.
