King Abdullah was one of the moderate leaders of Muslim World Ameer-e Jamaat

New Delhi, 25 Jan 2015: Former ruler of Saudi Arabia, Khadim Harmain Sharifaen (Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques) King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud was among the moderate leaders of the Muslim World. He supported interfaith dialogues at international  level and made efforts to bridge gap between followers of different religions and for that purpose he organized big conferences. During his regime, the Two Holy Mosques were expanded and more facilities were provided to Haj pilgrims. These views were expressed by Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Umari, Ameer (National President) of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind while condoling the demise of King Abdullah.

While disagreeing with some of his political steps in the last phase of his rule, Ameer-e Jamaat said that it is a fact that Saudi Arabia made a big progress in the fields of education, economy, health and industry during his regime. He made constant efforts to keep his country in line with the requirements of the present time but all along he strived to maintain the sanctity of the land of Hijaz. At international level, he continuously worked to protect the interests of the Muslim World. Though some of his steps caused irreparable damage to Islamists in some Muslim countries.

Maulana Umari termed the death of King Abdullah as a loss to the Muslim World and expressed hope that in the leadership of his successor King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia will continue its march on the path of progress, and plans initiated by his predecessor will be completed. Ameer-e Jamaat prayed to Allah to accept the services of King Abdullah, forgive his mistakes and give him a place in Jannat

Saying moderate to a king bye the Ameer of JIH is out of understanding, either the meaning of Moderate is different in his dictionary or he has forgotten everything done by king abdullah during Arab Spring movement…..
    I m very sorry

I hate him because he was agent of Zionists, never made efforts to help Palestinians and he proved all this when he helped sisi with billons of dollars to overthrow and crackdown on Muslim brotherhood

JIH’s silence on this point would have been a better option. Its true that we shouldn’t talk bad about someone who is no more in the world but its also true that we shouldn’t start praising somebody only because he is no more.

    – What will be the feeling of people whose relatives were butchured at Rabiya Adwiya, Egypt with support from KSA, when they read this statement of JIH?
    – What will be the feeling of MB leaders who are in the Egyptian prison for the crime of establishing Islamic laws and KSA was the first to declare them terrorists, when they read this staement of JIH?
    – What will be the feeling of Hamas, the protectors of Baitul Maqdis and terrorists in the list of KSA, when they read this JIH’s statement?
    – What will be the feeling of the Ulema serving lifetime in KSA’s prison for speaking the religious truth that goes against the Kingdom, when they read this stement of JIH?

Only JIH knows the real intentions of releasing such statements but people have all rights to link it with the materialistic benefits that JIH gets from KSA.

King Salman should withdraw support for dictator Sisi of Egypt and give due honor and right to Muslim Brotherhood.
He and the princes in power should bring in democracy consistent with Islam such as in Malysia,
Indonesia or constitutional monarchy like UK.Saudi Arabia can not continue with dictatorship
