JIH Youth Wing holds Taluk level conference

Bantwal, January 29: With the intension of bringing about a realization of the responsibilities of youth, the Youth Wing of Jamath-e-Islami Hind held a taluk level conference under the motto ‘Hayaa-alal Falaah’ (come towards success) at Melkar near here on Friday.

Inaugurating the occasion, Syed Yahya Thangal, Imam, Hawwa Jumma Masjid, Bolangady, said that knowing the Almighty Creator with God-consciousness is the first victory, imitating the lifestyle of the Prophet (pbuh) is the second, and obeying the parents and maintaining good relationship with neighbours is the third.

Addressing the gathering, Abdul Hakeem Nadwi, Kerala State Advisor, Solidarity Youth Movement said that youth have a great role to play behind success of every organisation. Youth Wing holding events to guide the younger generation who are unaware of religious concepts, will create an excellent youth group in the future, he said.

Muhammad Kunhi, President, JIH DK District Youth Wing, in his address, called upon the youth to spend their middle age in a good manner. Working towards eradicating the anti-Islamic culture is a need he said, advising the society to carry out a study on interest free financial system and the ruling system of Islam.

Abdul Hameed H P recited the verses from Holy Quran to initiate the occasion. Ashraf Sullia welcomed gathering while Shakoor Panemangalore delivered vote of thanks. Mukthar Ahmed compered the program.

Shihabuddin Ibn Hamzaa, President, Solidarity, Vaynad district, Abdussalam Uppinangady, JIH Mangalore and many others witnessed the event.
