02 Nov 2019, New Delhi: The affection towards each and every human being irrespective of his caste, creed and religion should be the basic idea and triggering force of our social service, said Syed Sadatullah Hussaini, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, while he was delivering his inaugural address at a national social service workshop conducted in Delhi.

” The service to humanity is one of the cardinal ideas Islam stands for universally. By embarking on dedicated to human life, one really ensures the pleasure of creator and reflects the real essence of Islam” he said.

He exhorted the Jamaat workers to maximize and diversify their efforts in the field so that it contributes to the nation-building process.

” Social Service shouldn’t confine in the mere distribution of essential commodities and aides rather it should usher in apt solutions for the issues and ensure the capacity-building mechanism in the needy sections” he reminded the volunteers.

The two-day workshop is organized by the central social service department of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind. Secretaries of state-level departments and representatives of various service groups and organisations floated by Jamaat are attending the two-day event.

Arif Ali, Secretary-General, Engineer Mohammed Saleem , Mohammed Jafar, Vice Presidents, Mohammed Ahmed, Waliulla Saeedi, Secretaries, Abdul Rasheed Agwan, President, Majlis-e-Mushawarat Delhi Chapter, Arshad Jamal, Vice President Sahulat Micro Finance, Afzal Beig, Asst. Secretary, JIH, Iqbal Hussain, Secretary HWF Telangana, and Dr.Muhyuddin Gazi, Secretary, Tasnifi Academy, Delhi led various sessions and workshops.
