New Delhi, 04 Dec 2014: A delegation from Turkey made a goodwill visit to the headquarters of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind here to know about India, Indian Muslims and the achievements of JIH and stayed here for two days on 2-3 Dec 2014.
They visited different departments of the Jamaat and apprised themselves of the activities of the Jamaat.
The delegation was headed by Yusuf Karaja, the author and translator of many Urdu books including Tafhimul Quran and Fazail-e-Aamal. Other members of the delegation were Prof. Dr. Abdul Hameed, Marmara University, author of many famous books on Islam, and Prof. Dr. Talip Alp, Vice Rector Yalova University.
A reception was arranged in the honour of the delegation and mementos were presented to the members on 3rd Dec.
