Maulana Ejaz Ahmad Aslam, member Central Advisory Council – Jamaat-e-Islami Hind delivered the weekly Friday Sermon on 27^th November 2015 at the Ishat-e-Islam mosque located in Jamaat headquarters in New Delhi. He said: ‘’We Muslims are very fortunate to be born Muslims as we understand the reality and meaning of life correctly through our religion – Islam.

There are many in this world who are struggling to understand life. Everybody aims for achieving success in this life and those who do not have a correct understanding about the reason for our existence become materialistic and view this life without a Creator and do not appreciate the Divine Guidance sent to mankind in the form of the Holy Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

The Holy Quran gives complete guidance in all aspects of life from the way we should offer our ritual worship right up to managing the affairs of a nation state. As Muslims it is our primary responsibility to read, understand and practice the Quran. It is the duty of Muslims to present the message of the Quran to the entire world as it has solutions to all the problems of humanity’’.
